1. Ensure Accurate Email ID

  • Update your email in "My Profile" and double-check it at checkout to ensure proper voucher delivery.

2. Troubleshooting Undelivered Vouchers

  • Verify the email ID used at checkout.
  • Check spam/junk folders if not found in inbox.
  • If not found, request a resend via the helpdesk or contact your Sales Officer.

3. Stay Informed on Delivery

  • Vouchers are sent from
    [email protected].
  • An SMS from Sender ID: EMRLDZ will notify you of delivery.

4. Review Voucher T&Cs

  • Understand the usage guidelines for your eGVs by reviewing its terms and conditions
  • For support, contact the Merino eMERaldz helpdesk.

5. Check Voucher Expiry

  • Expiry date is in the delivery email.
  • Redeem before the expiry to avoid missing out the voucher utilization.
